Capt. Florent Groberg

While escorting personnel during a patrol, Groberg identified and engaged a suicide bomber approaching the formation. He physically confronted the attacker and redirected the threat away from the group, resulting in the protection of multiple service members during the incident. The engagement occurred in close proximity to key leadership personnel during a routine movement.
