Cpl. Tibor Rubin

During the Korean War, Rubin defended his position for an extended period while under repeated enemy assaults. Despite being captured and subjected to harsh conditions, he continued to resist and later aided fellow prisoners of war, contributing to their survival. His actions extended beyond combat operations into sustained efforts to support fellow detainees.
